We had a great low key Christmas. The kids could not wait for Christmas this year. They ate all of the chocolate out of the advent calendar one morning thinking that would make Christmas come faster. At age 2 our other kids had no clue what Christmas was about but Tanner, being the youngest, was equally as excited as the big kids this year. This was the first year where the kids actually remembered out little traditions and decorations. They had a great time preparing for the big day. And thanks to Aunt Betsey we had a little visitor ,Esther, the Elf on the Shel*f. It was fun finding Esther throughout the house each morning.

We hosted a Christmas Eve Vietnamese feast at our place. Our guests were my parents, Grandma, Josh and Anna and our friends Shali, My, and Priya. Jake make some tasty Vietnamese dishes and even attempted spring rolls. And Shali and My made an awesome beef dish. The kids had fun running around like crazy and the adults all had fun chatting the night away.

Josh and Anna stayed the night and we all stayed up late putting together a giant doll house for the girls and a rescue station for the boys. They kids had great Christmas morning opening up presents and playing with all their new toys. We headed over to my parents house for Christmas dinner and round 2 of presents.

We had a great holiday and a fun break with the kids. Here are a few photos of our Christmas fun.
